Decaf coffee is a whole different animal, so we take extra care in roasting this coffee. We’ve been focusing on bringing in better tasting decafs by choosing origins we love and using higher quality coffees. This coffee comes from a group of producers from the Nyamasheke district in Rwanda. The decaffeination process is done through the swiss water method. Mild with notes of rhubarb, honey and pain au chocolat.
