A rich cup, reminiscent of spiced tea with notes of brown sugar, fig, and cocoa.
This is Dogwood's second year offering Miramar, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of this cup! The coffee comes from members of the Sierra Mixteca producers association in the village of Guadalupe Miramar in Oaxaca. It is comprised of Bourbon and Typica varieties grown between 1600 and 1850 masl that is washed, fermented without water for 24 hours, then dried on raised beds and patios under parabolic cover. This coffee offers a rich cup, with notes of brown sugar, fig and cocoa.
