Who We Are

Dogwood Coffee is a small, quality-focused specialty coffee roaster based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Minneapolis, Minnesota. We concentrate our efforts on developing relationships in the sourcing process, learning about and executing the craft of roasting, exploring the science of brewing and creating fun, welcoming and not-too-serious places to share our coffees with others.

We are settling into our new home at 171 McDermot Avenue in Winnipeg's East Exchange District and excited to share our hard work with you. We are constantly tasting, tweaking, and evaluating our coffees to make you proud of us.
