Decaf coffee is a whole different animal, so we take extra care in roasting this coffee. We’ve been focusing on bringing in better tasting decafs by choosing origins we love and using higher quality coffees. This coffee comes from a group of producers in Huila, Colombia. The decaffeination process is also done in Colombia naturally, using fermented sugar cane (ethyl acetate)
